General terms & conditions apply to all services and the customer commits to these terms & conditions when placing an order. To Finnaction safety is essential. Safety features are always carefully undergone before executing services. However taking part to any activity is always as one’s own risk.

An order can be cancelled free of charge 28 days prior to the scheduled service. If the cancellation is done 14 - 27 days prior to the service, the charge is 25 % of the original price. If the cancellation is done 7 - 13 days prior to the service, the charge is 50 % of the original price. In case of cancellation less than 7 days prior to the service, the charge is full.

In case of weather preventing safe execution of the service: Finnaction will primarily pursue to fulfill the order with a substitute service as well as possible. If a substituting service is not a possibility or it is declined by the customer the service is cancelled and Finnaction compensates 100% of the original charge to the customer.

In these conditions, bad weather means, for example, heavy rainfall in summer (over 4 mm), heavy frost in winter (more than -20 degrees) and strong winds in both seasons (average wind over 12 m / s).

In case of guide being hindered from executing the service: Finnaction will primarily pursue to utilise its extensive network and arrange a substitute guide able to execute the service in accordance to the original order. As a secondary option Finnaction will pursue to provide a substituting activity in as close accordance to the original service as possible. If a substituting service is not a possibility or it is declined by the customer, the order is cancelled and Finnaction fully compensates the charge to the customer.
